Do Testing With A Zipper Reciprocating Pull tester

Test preparation :

Steps of Zipper Reciprocating Pull Tester:
1. Place the tension machine on the horizontal table and fix the base.

3. Install the fixtures required for testing and adjust the position.
4. Adjust the height and position of the bottom fixture continuously, so as to make it fit in the upper stretching fixture.
5. Place the sample on the bottom clamp and fix the button position with the bottom clamp.
6. Adjust the tension meter to make the pointer of the pointer pull down vertically (to zero).
7. Rotate the handwheel slowly until the button on the sample is out of sample.
8. Record the reading of the pointer at this time, return the pointer to zero after completion, repeat the above steps to test several times, and record the measured values.
